A separate room, floor, or non-contiguous scope, scanned and photographed.
Only with your approval, when access, obstructions, or added requests push the visit past the included hour.
When accepted before booking and operationally available. Base turnaround is two business days.
The first reschedule is included. Each further one is charged.
Why the visit, not the square footage
Requested points, separate zones, access friction, photo count, obstructions, and turnaround drive the real work. The base covers one zone and one hour; the add-ons cover the rest. We ask for approximate area only as a scope check.
What the base is not
The base is not an entire-room measured record and not a fixed number of final dimensions. It is a vendor-directed reference capture with stated limits. If your team needs a dense point set, many elevations, concealed conditions, or final-size decisions, we quote separately or decline.
Pilot pricing. Prices are for business clients in Manhattan and may change as we learn which facts save teams the most time and travel.
