What we collect
When you submit a request we collect your company name, work email, billing address, signer name and title, the site address, your capture scope and any measurement points, access details, and an on-site contact. We record the terms version you accepted, the state of each acknowledgement, and a timestamp.
Site data
Photos, scans, and notes from a visit are held by BeforeCrew and licensed to the client for the permitted purpose stated in the terms. We store them to deliver the pack and to answer questions about it, and we do not sell them, reuse them across clients, or use them in marketing without written consent of the party in control of the premises. Buyer download links expire after 30 days; a locked archive copy of each pack, raw capture, and order record is kept for six years.
Email and analytics
We send transactional email about your request. Marketing email goes only to business addresses and every message carries a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. We use privacy-respecting site analytics without cross-site tracking.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA. If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, email hello@beforecrew.com and we will fix it or provide the content another way.
